Be part of TLT! Planning and coordinating a Program Day is a rewarding and enlightening experience. As part of a small committee, volunteers attend planning meetings, contact speakers, arrange tours, and best of all, join the TLTers for the Program Day.

Program Day Coordinators - from business, government, education, media, nonprofits and other community sectors - strive to bring to each day a stimulating mix of ideas, voices and activities.

Experience the excitement of mentoring students, as they grasp an understanding of community issues, problems, and opportunities, and helping them to learn how they can respond to them.

Other than the Executive Director and satellite Program Directors, TLT is completely volunteer-driven. In addition to planning and coordinating the day programs, volunteers participate on the Steering Committee, and fund the organization.
