We are excited to share with you the exciting news that Tomorrow’s Leaders Today and Social Advocates for Youth (SAY) have merged. TLT is now a program of SAY, and which allows both organizations to continue our long histories of empowering, inspiring, and helping Sonoma County youth.

What does this mean for TLT? Our staff and programs are unchanged! We’re excited to join SAY and work alongside their staff to pair our leadership, career and empowerment programs with their excellent housing, counseling and jobs programs.

“SAY and TLT have complimentary missions to build a brighter future for our youth,” says John Meislahn, SAY Board President, “this merger is an example of two organizations coming together from a strengths based position, which will allow us to better serve all Sonoma County youth.”

Matt Martin, Executive Director for SAY explains, “Tomorrow’s Leaders Today has a long history of empowering Sonoma County’s youth and encouraging them to become thoughtful, engaged citizens. Their program is a great fit for our organization, and will bring a strong element of youth helping youth to SAY.”
