Nineteen high school juniors from Casa Grande, St. Vincent, and Petaluma high schools participate in the 9-month TLT program, which includes a retreat, eight program days, and a graduation.

Each day is an adventure into how our community works and the many roles that citizens play in a democracy. These students were selected through an application and interview process and many describe their TLT experience as an eye-opening and life changing opportunity.
